Making Magazine Media - Do it all, but keep faith in print

The FIPP 2009 Congress will be a celebration of the magazine medium in which publishers will show how they are embracing digital and cross media development while maintaining and developing the printed medium.

The Congress will demonstrate confidence and optimism in the industry and the immense value magazine publishing has in a world of media convergence. It will provide practical advice and case studies from publishers, partners, clients, suppliers and external observers. Above all the Congress will aim to provide delegates with a feeling of empowerment.

The Congress programme will offer insight from a wide range of sources, including: examples of best practice; insight from digital companies; support and insight from clients; the experience of different markets.

The New Saatchi Gallery-located in London’s famous Chelsea district-home to the Kings Road and Sloane Square the UK’s latest modern art gallery will have only been in existence a year. Housed in the Duke of York’s striking headquarters, the gallery will be filled with the stunning, and often controversial, modern art collection from Saatchi. This will be an event not to be missed. Enjoy cocktails amongst the latest modern artworks, dine amidst 20th and 21st century sculptures and party in style.
